This contract contains important clauses concerning your rights and obligations as a customer. By ticking the box below this text you are automatically accepting the following terms. In order to ensure your safety as a customer we recomend printing a copy of this text document.

You are only allowed to use the printings in accordance with this agreement. Further, you only have the right to use the pictures which you have purchased. You are allowed to display or exhibit the pictures. However, any further use is expressly excluded. This includes any form of duplication or copying – whether it will be of electronic or of any other nature. Moreover, the editing of electronic copies of photos which you have purchased for single use is prohibited as well. As long as there is no other – explicitly expressed – agreement between buyer and seller (Dr. Holm Reuver) the terms of this contract remain in force.

Above all, photographing and scanning of the pictures (e.g. for the purpose of displaying them on a website, a leaflet or as a kind of printed patient information) is strictly forbidden. You accept and agree to the fact that no property rights are transferred, whatsoever.

The buyer is only granted the rights which are explicitly expressed in this contract. With your purchase you accept and agree that Dr. Holm Reuver remains the holder of all rights. The intellectual property of Dr. Holm Reuver is legally protected by – inter alia – copyright and trademark rights.


As a customer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. This right of revocation lasts 14 days from the day on which the customer or any third party designated by the customer takes possession of the purchased product. In order to make use of your right of revocation it is necessary that you inform us about your decision. Thus, a clear and unmistakable declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a telefax or an e-mail) is required to withdraw from the contract.
